How Ordering Works
Here at Flags and Banners, we make ordering custom flags simple. From the moment you receive your quote until your package arrives on your doorstep, we’ll help you through the process every step of the way.
When you place an order with us, you will have access to our fully-qualified team of artists who will assist you with your custom design. We strive to provide fast turnaround times, and we offer multiple payment methods that include credit cards, EFT, cheques, and purchase orders.
Contact us to request a quote. Simply fill out the form on the product page you’re interested in, or you can visit our contact page which includes our email address and phone number.
Ordering and processing steps
Once you have contacted us, we will respond as soon as possible with a personalized estimate. This quote will be all-inclusive, so you don’t have to worry about any additional mystery charges being added to your bill later. The GST, as well as delivery charges, are included in this quote. We do not charge any fees for production set-up or custom designs. The quote you receive is exactly what you can expect to pay, and not a penny more.
If you’re ready to proceed after receiving your personalized estimate, we will then email you an artwork proof. The artwork will be based on the artwork you submitted, or requested, before receiving your personalized quote.
As soon as you are happy with the design, we will ask you for a shipping and billing address. We will also email you a payment invoice. As soon as you receive the invoice, you can pay via credit card, EFT, cheque, or purchase order.
Once payment is received, we will start production.
For clients that have existing accounts with us, we will start production upon approval of the artwork, with final payment expected to be made within 30 days. If you are interested in having a trade account, please contact us.
Once production has finished, we will ship your items and email you a tracking number.
